Drafts and AI
Anything that goes to a client is reviewed by a named JTF person. Software does not speak for us.

Licensing
We check the licence for the city and the work before we accept it. If the job needs a private investigator licence we do not have, we refuse it.
Insurance
A partner firm shows insurance before we put them on your job or tell you they are part of the plan.

You decide how incident records are released so the file is useful without leaking more than the job needs.
Privacy
We show names, routes, and personal data only where the job needs them. Public pages do not list private licences.

JTFProcurementBot/1.0
JTF’s procurement monitor reads official CanadaBuys open-data files to help staff track federal tender notices and awards. It identifies itself, respects publisher refresh intervals, and does not log into supplier accounts or submit bids.
For Saskatchewan, it indexes public SaskTenders notice metadata and official links for staff search, at most once daily with requests at least five seconds apart. It respects the source’s crawler instructions and does not collect documents or contacts, generate AI summaries, or train AI models from this content. Check the official source for documents, amendments and final deadlines.
For British Columbia, it discovers public BC Bid opportunity links and titles through a paid search-index API (DataForSEO). This route sends no requests to BC Bid itself, is not complete coverage of every notice, and shows publisher status and deadlines only when the official source provides them. It is independent collection for staff search, not an official BC Bid feed; check the official source for documents, amendments and final deadlines.
The Alberta discovery adapter is shipped disabled. If separately reviewed and activated, it can retrieve a limited page of Alberta Purchasing Connection posting links and search-result titles through DataForSEO, without requesting APC pages or documents. Search titles may be generic or outdated; buyer, status and deadlines remain unverified. This is not an official APC feed or complete Alberta coverage. Publisher reuse conditions and activation require separate review.
For the European Union and EEA, it can read open competition notices in security categories from the official TED Search API (api.ted.europa.eu), at most twice daily, checking the API’s crawler instructions on every run. It keeps notice metadata and links only — no documents, contacts or AI summaries — for staff search. TED notices are © European Union and reused with acknowledgement under Commission Decision 2011/833/EU. Check the official TED notice for documents, changes and final deadlines.
